Instructions for customizing your lamp

1 – Choose the frame shape	Drum (205mm (height) x 205.2mm (diameter) Rectangular (205mm (height) x 167mm x 167mm) View Calyx Frames	Drum – R150ea Rectangle – R100ea
2 – Choose colour for top and bottom.	Black, White, Grey, Custom(special order)	First set included in frame quote. Additional: Drum Top – R50ea Drum Bottom – R50ea Rectangular Top – R25ea Rectangular Bottom- R25ea
3 – Choose colour of the supports (sets of 4, same colour)	Black, White, Grey, Custom(special order)	First four included in frame quote. Additional: Drum – Set of Four – R150 per set Rectangular – Set of Four – R150 per set
4 – Create your Inserts (minimum of four inserts per lamp).
4.1 – Chose your liner	Four Window, Six Window, Frame / Single Window Facades: Lotus, Lisbon, Verdure, Bubble, Custom (special design required, additional cost) . Liners are required to support the frame and the features. View Calyx Lampshade – Liners	R50 for four Some features don’t require any liners. Some liners and features (e.g. the plain facades) are interchangeable because they both support the frame, so choose one per insert. Photographs printed on glossy 200gsm photo include a free frame liner per insert
4.2 – Choose your diffuser panel	Acetate (low light diffusion) Styrene (high light diffusion)	Acetate – first four are free (for pre-designed features) Additional – R2ea Styrene R3ea

7. Add any comment or special instruction	Feel free to supply your own pictures or photo’s. Inserts have ratio 3:4 (15cm (w) x 20cm(h)) with 5mm lost from view on all sides i.e. viewable area is 14 x 19cm – please compensate for loss or include it in instructions so that we scale it proportionally.

9. We will get back to you with a final quote within three business days
10. On receipt of final quote, please EFT 50% deposit to the supplied bank account
11. It takes two to five business days to make up a lampshade depending the number of orders and if everything goes well.
12. Depending on the the number of orders it can take up to two weeks before we have your lampshade ready for you.
13. We only take up to 10 lampshade orders at any given time. Priority is given to orders that are ordered with any pre-loved bases, when available
14. Delivery or Collection	We can arrange delivery or collection on certain days of the week.	Free delivery within the Cape Town Northern Suburbs or CBD. Anywhere else, packaging and delivery at your expense.
